From 6 to 8 September 2025, MFL Group invites you to booth A74 at Wire Middle East Africa 2025, where our experts will present our latest solutions for the wire, cable, and rope industries.
With over 125 years of experience, MFL Group is a global, family-owned company that delivers complete production plants and turnkey solutions.Visit us to explore our complete portfolio, which includes drawing, stranding, extrusion, and treatment lines, all of which can be powered by the MFL X ecosystem. By leveraging digital technologies, we help streamline operations, enhance process control, and enable data-driven decision-making, supporting greater efficiency for manufacturers.
A major highlight will be our Multiwire Drawing Line, showcased by our Wire & Cable team. Designed to boost production efficiency while minimizing energy use and maintenance, it operates at speeds of up to 35 m/s and processes up to 48 wires (24 per row) with 15 to 33 dies. Its innovative quick die change system eliminates time-consuming re-stringing, significantly reducing downtime and increasing overall productivity.

We will also present our restructured rod breakdown line portfolio, optimized for evolving market needs and available in three models. The first, TS1, handles single or dual-wire with up to 15 blocks on one level—a flexible, high-output system focused on cable-quality performance. Next is TS2, a compact, efficient, and reliable single-wire solution with 15 blocks over two levels. Finally, TS3 offers a single-wire configuration with up to 16 blocks, striking an ideal balance between cost-effectiveness and performance.
In response to growing safety standards in construction wiring, we will also showcase our most advanced extrusion lines for halogen-free flame-retardant (HFFR) compounds. These lines are designed to ensure precise melt temperature control and consistently high output quality—a benchmark in the market for processing these materials.
MFL Group also remains a global reference in LRPC machinery, having delivered hundreds of PC wire and strand lines worldwide, managing the entire process from rod to finished coil, bar, or strand. Featuring mechanical descaling and electrolytic phosphating systems, our in-line treatment solutions enhance rod efficiency while reducing the need for harsh chemicals—supporting both high performance and environmental responsibility, which are core values of our company.
Another must-see is our Pail Packer Machine (PPM), a highly efficient drum take-up system designed to reduce or eliminate permanent twists. Suitable for a wide range of materials—including high, medium, and low-carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, CO₂, and flux-cored wires—the PPM supports high-speed processing and can handle coils of up to 2 tons. Its user-friendly design boosts productivity, reduces maintenance and operational costs, and enables smooth, energy-efficient downstream payoff.

Our drawing machines for cold rolling concrete wire, built under the Koch brand, stand out for their high productivity, ease of use, and robust construction. They’re designed to keep operations running smoothly, thanks to pay-off systems equipped with automatic wire snarl detection. To ensure top-quality results, stress-relieving devices are incorporated for a flawless wire finish. The process is further streamlined with a fully automatic system for coil labeling and discharging, significantly reducing manual work. Quick changeovers of the cold rolling units make switching between tasks fast and efficient. And with a high level of automation throughout, these machines are built for “1-man” operation—maximizing productivity with minimal staffing.

As the Middle East and Africa region continues to emerge as a strategic hub for wire, cable and rope manufacturing, we are committed to supporting its growth by partnering with forward-looking manufacturers to foster innovation and industrial development.
Join us at booth A74 at Wire Middle East Africa 2025 to discover firsthand how our integrated solutions can enhance your manufacturing performance. We look forward to welcoming you.
