LIMITED SLIP ROD BREAKDOWN LINE
Description

The Frigeco rod breakdown line is ideal for producing copper, aluminum, bimetallic, and alloy wire.
This line represents a key process for producing a wide range of cables, including battery cables, building wire, crane cables, data cables, solar photovoltaic cables, wind power cables, and low/medium/high voltage cables, among others.

This rod breakdown machine is available in single or dual wire configurations and can feature up to 16 drawing blocks, accommodating wire diameters up to 16 mm.

In 1992, MFL Group introduced into the wire and cable industry the first multi-motor rod breakdown machine with minimized slippage technology, and through a continuous innovation still distinguish itself for its performance, reliability and reduced maintenance.

To complement the rod breakdown machine and complete the drawing line, we offer annealers for:

  • Copper: capstans diameter 350, 508, 600, 800 mm
  • Aluminum: capstans diameter 508, 600 mm
