The Frigeco zero slip Rod Breakdown Machine is suitable for copper, aluminum and alloys.
It enables the production of extra high quality wire suitable for re-drawing process of extra-fire wire, enameling process and production of flat wire.
Using double capstan and independent motors on each block, the zero slip rod breakdown machine ensures zero friction between wire wraps and wire on capstan.
To complement the rod breakdown machine and complete the drawing line, we offer annealers for Copper with the following specifications:
