The single twist machine for laying-up, armouring and screening is used for various cables, from low/medium voltage cables to battery cables and data cables up to solar photovoltaic cables and wind power cables.

The OM Lesmo single twist machine for laying-up, armouring and screening is designed to be the perfect solution for:

  • Concentric flexible and ultra flexible strands
  • Cu or Al flexible strands and ropes
  • Cabling of special insulated conductors with or without taping
  • Multi-pairs for data and instrumentation cables
  • Screening with copper wires of insulated conductors-cables
  • Armoring with soft steel wires of insulated conductors-cables
  • Data transmission, LAN and fiber optic cables
  • Circuit-sized control cables
