The relationship between MFL Group and Arabian Wire began 15 years ago with the purchase of one of our flagship solutions: a steel drawing line.

Since then, the customer has continued to rely on us for new machinery, after-sales service, and spare parts support.
The latest project, consists of a drawing plant designed to significantly increase the company’s production capacity and meet growing market demand.
The plant includes 8 drawing lines for the production of low and high carbon wire for a wide range of applications, including our mechanical descaling system, Draweasy.
The range of lines covers large wire rod sizes, with part of the equipment dedicated to semi-finished wire as re-drawing lines. A few lines are also designed for both low and high carbon wire production.

Remote support that keeps machines running
Arabian Wire Industrial relies on MFL Group for spare parts supply and technical assistance across its machinery portfolio, ensuring continuous and reliable production performance.
In one specific case, the customer contacted us regarding a steel wire drawing machine
Installed in 2016 at their facility in Arabian Wire Industrial. The issue concerned block drive no. 1, where the control module memory card was no longer being read, causing the line to stop.
Since the machine was not previously connected, our support team requested an internet connection to enable remote diagnostics. Once connectivity was established, and with the help of shared images and information from the customer, our Customer Support engineers were able to analyze the issue in detail.
Through a remote intervention, the team successfully identified the fault and restarted the drawing line in 24 hours, quickly restoring production.
