The SLP series is a part of Mario Frigerio’s product portfolio, designed to provide PVC, PP, and PE coating inline and offline solutions for wires and ropes.
It offers a wide range of pay-off options, including cantilever-type spool flanges and back-twist rotating types, capable of accommodating spool flanges of up to Ø4000 mm with a capacity exceeding 100 tons. Our extruder screw diameters range from Ø80 mm to Ø160 mm, delivering high-performance capabilities with a maximum volumetric capacity ranging from 170 dm3/h to 800 dm3/h when using PE material. The extruder head size is optimized for product diameters of up to Ø200 mm.
In addition, our take-up solutions are equally versatile, spanning from cantilever types to self-traversing systems, supporting spool flanges of up to Ø4000 mm and over 100 tons in capacity.
