The group twinner/stranding line by Caballé provides the flexibility to configure frames with either 2 or 3 units, thus offering versatility in setup configurations. We provide multiple options for bow rotation, allowing for adaptability in operations.
The group twinner/stranding line is used for aerospace, coaxial, control, data, instrumentation, marine petrochemical and railway cables.
A singular main motor and shaft are utilized for all twinners (Models PVS and PVM), resulting in streamlined operational efficiency. For precise control, a mechanical brake, regulated by a counterweight dancer (Model PVS), is employed.
In terms of bobbin loading, we present various options:
- LPV-1×500: tailored for loading 1 bobbin, this option is suited for a group of 4 twinners.
- LPV-4×500: ideal for simultaneous loading of 4 bobbins, this option is well-suited for a group of 4 twinners.
- LPV-2×500: geared for loading 2 bobbins, this option is suitable for groups of 10 or more twinners.
