Single wire and multiwire lines for electrolytic plating are designed to coat steel and copper wire and are commonly used in the conductor industry.

The technological sequence of a Coseco standard electrolytic plating (electroplating) line can be summarized as follows:
– Pre-treatment: cleaning the wire surface and preparing it for plating (electrolytic bath, hot water bath or chemical bath, with ultrasound assistance). Following cleaning, the surface is prepared in an activation bath
– Treatment: electrolytic plating
– Final treatment: rinsing, neutralisation, drying.
