Coseco’s degreasing lines are single wire and multiwire lines using the three technologies of degreasing (hot water degreasing, electrolytic degreasing, and ultrasonic degreasing). The three technologies ensure varying degrees of cleanliness and are suitable for removing different types of stearates.

Coseco’s degreasing lines include:

– Electrolytic degreasing of copper wire upstream of an electrolytic plating vessel (tinning, nickel plating, etc.).
– Electrolytic degreasing of steel wire upstream of an electrolytic plating vessel (galvanizing, nickel plating, coppering, etc.).
– Ultrasonic degreasing of steel wire upstream of a plating plant, such as a hot-dip galvanizing furnace.
– Degreasing in hot water of steel wire upstream of a patenting or annealing furnace.
