With a compact design, the TS2 delivers exceptional performance, achieving a real slip of 1%, along with energy-saving features and outstanding efficiency.
A key highlight will be MFL Group’s multiwire drawing line, engineered to enhance productivity while reducing energy consumption and maintenance needs. Capable of reaching drawing speeds up to 35 m/s, it processes up to 48 wires through 15 to 33 dies. Equipped with a quick die change system, it eliminates lengthy re-stringing times, optimizing uptime and efficiency.
Our extrusion lines incorporate a patented extruder design and thermoregulation system for precise melt temperature control, ensuring consistency throughout the process. These lines are known for their reliability, minimal maintenance, and versatility, addressing a variety of insulation and jacketing requirements while maintaining consistent performance. Additionally, they set a benchmark in the industry for working with halogen-free materials.
In the Ferrous sector, Mario Frigerio continues to set industry standards with its LRPC machinery for high-tensile applications in the infrastructure sector. From rod preparation to drawing and stranding, we provide solutions tailored to both standard and custom applications, ensuring optimal results at each production stage. We also offer environmentally-friendly rod preparation options, such as mechanical descaling and phosphate coating systems.
Expanding on the success of our reinforcement steel wire machines for coils, the Koch brand introduces an automated reinforcement steel wire line for bars. This line features automatic coil labeling, discharging systems, and motorized stretching roll adjustments. We also offer advanced cold rolling and stretching lines for reinforcement steel wire production globally, along with straightening, cutting, and drawing lines.
Our stranding and closing lines come in various configurations, capable of producing everything from general-purpose ropes to highly specialized products. Both our ferrous and non-ferrous portfolios include tubular, skip, planetary, double-twist, rigid cage, and drum twister stranding lines, catering to a broad range of applications.
