Sheathing Line for Power Cables


For round and non-round shaped power cables sheathing, you can rely on the top-quality features of the FRIGECO SLP SERIES lines. From the simplest sheathing process to filling+sheathing co-extrusion and tandem extrusion line with separate extrusion groups, you can count on FRIGECO to provide the highest flexibility.

  • Extended processing materials range: PVC, PE, XLPE, HFFR, PP, PUR, TPE, EPDM
  • Sheathing process:
    • Single layer extrusion: one extruder for a single layer of material
    • Co-extrusion: 2 or 3 extruders for a multi-layer filling+sheathing or filling+sheathing+skin process.
    • Tandem extrusion: 2 separate extrusion groups, for a multi-layer filling+sheathing or filling+sheathing+skin process.
