This version of the app has been carefully customized to be compatible with the Mario Frigerio S-SERIES Steel Wire Drawing Lines. The app is fully responsive, it runs both in your desktop browser and in any of your Android or iOS mobile devices.

OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)
Measuring OEE is a manufacturing best practice. By measuring OEE and the underlying losses, you will gain important insights on how to systematically improve your manufacturing process. OEE is the single best metric for identifying losses, bench-marking progress, and improving the productivity of manufacturing equipment (i.e., eliminating waste).
You can manually select the period of analysis in order to visualize trend lines for either OEE or a single variable of the OEE equation.
KPI (Key Performance Indicator) Analysis
Manually select he period of analysis in order to visualize trendlines for a large set of KPI such as: OEE, Energy Consumption, Energy Coefficient, Produced Length, Exceeding Thresholds, Die Wear, Die Wear Rate, Produced Reels, Produced Mass Material Waste, Output diameter 1σ (one Sigma) distribution, Average output diameter, etc.
The app allows for various levels of aggregation such as period of analysis, article ID or recipe. For example, you can find out which type of wire production is more energy efficient so you can run your line when the electricity tariff is less expensive.
Visualize which breakdowns are causing most of the downtime. This is represented both using a PARETO chart or a table.
Also visualize: (a) Average breakdowns per day; (b) Average downtime per day; Mean time between failures (MTBF) and Meantime time to repair (MTTR).
Software as a Service (SaaS)
The MFLX-IoTApp-S application is provided as an annual recurring service that includes software updates, bug fixes and improvements. The MFL X team is constantly fine-tuning its applications and procedures to improve your user experience. Some new app features will be available for free as part of the current subscription. Other advanced future functionalities will be available as an add-on to the current subscription.
