GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

The FRIGECO ILB building wire insulation lines have been designed to insulate low-voltage building wires and stranded cables at high speeds with all the latest engineered materials to meet the latest standards, with particular attention to the latest flame-retardant applications, like HFFR and LS0H materials.

  • Insulation process: insulation, skin, stripe, quick color change

  • Pay-off Systems: POD Dual conical flyer Ø 630 - 800 - 1000 - 1250 mm
  • Main Extruder: EXB80, EXB100, EXB120
  • Auxiliary Extruder: EXB45, EXB60
  • Cooling trough: CTV600 with multi-pass system
  • Take-up: TUD. Double automatic Ø 800 - 1250 mm
