  • Accumulation block usually installed on the first block of the drawing machine, it is used in presence of a wire rod preparation line or to prevent line stop in case of wire tangling into the pay-off
  • Tungsten carbide anti-wear band on the sheaves, rollers and capstans suggested especially for low carbon, stainless steel and mechanical descaled wire with hardness of 1,488 HV
  • Chrome oxide anti-wear band on capstans suggested especially for low carbon, stainless steel and mechanical descaled wire with hardness of 2,500 HV
  • Special block to collect high quality wire directly from the last block of the drawing machine
  • Special block with straightening unit: to control cast and helix of the wire the end of the drawing machine before collecting the wire on spoolers or coilers
  • Rolling cassettes specific productions it is possible, instead of dies, the usage of roller cassettes or microcassettes, designed and patented by Mario Frigerio to minimize the specific cost of the drawing tool per ton of wire and to maximize the production efficiency
  • Rotating die is directly water cooled with an exclusive patented system. The die loading is from the top in a very easy and time saving way, like in a normal die box. The rotating box is equipped with a key to easily open the die box. The application of rotating die-holders assures the following advantages: highest drawing performances and yields, no tunneling phenomena, better lubrication and wire calibration, no wire ovalisation and longer die-life (up to 15 times on the first draft), energy saving, higher productivity, better finished wire quality
  • Motorized unit to mix the soap in the die box to prevent tunneling effects of the lubricant before the die
  • Tempered safety glass and different sucking points beside the drawing block to collect dust and powder. It has to be connected to a dust extraction unit
